2. Hardware: multifunction printer, multi-party conference phone, 100” projection screen, laser pointer, portable whiteboards, various cables.

How Are Conference Rooms Charged?
Two Pricing Plans:
1. Hourly Rate: Minimum usage is 1 hour, then charged in half-hour increments.
2. Conference Room Value Plan: We recommend frequent users opt for value plan, which offer a 25% discount on regular rates.
