Hanse United Spaces – Song Gao Premium Center is located on the 25th floor of the Uni-President International Tower in Taipei’s Xinyi District, operating in conjunction with the Xinyi Center on the 27th floor. It directly faces the Taipei 101 and the high-rise view of Tao Zhu Yin Yuan. In the future, it will also be closely linked to “Dream Plaza,” the department store at the former Xinyi Eslite Store location, as well as the world’s largest Starbucks flagship store.
One of the most remarkable features of this space is the 101 Viewing & Lounge Area, designed to offer all Hanse clients a comfortable place to sit back and watch Taipei’s most iconic landmark—the majestic Taipei 101.
This newly designed space boasts several standout features. The open area incorporates indoor greenery, not only enhancing the aesthetics but also improving indoor air quality. The modern design of the space is thoughtfully joined with elements of Taiwanese tradition, particularly the “Haitang Flower Glass”—a decorative motif seamlessly woven throughout the space, creating a striking yet harmonious combination of contemporary and classic design.
Additional highlights include private phone booths and a massage chair area, ensuring privacy and relaxation. The shared phone booths enhance the functionality and appeal of the co-working environment, while the massage chairs provide a much-needed escape for moments of tranquility from the busy workday.
